Submission Guidelines & Intake Form
To preserve community trust, counter archival erasure, and uphold decolonial research ethics, all contributions to Hereditary Histories undergo a transparent intake and review process.
Submission Standards & Requirements
Before submitting materials or proposals, please ensure your submission aligns with the following principles:
- Community-Centered Ethics: Submissions regarding hereditary female artists (isai vellalar / kalavanthulu lineages) must respect community privacy, oral traditions, and self-determination.
- Sovereignty in Attribution: You retain full ownership of your work or shared materials. You may choose to publish under your Real Name, a Pseudonym/Academic Alias, or an institutional/community marker (e.g., “Member of the Isai Vellalar / Kalavanthulu Community”).
- Pre-Publication Consent: No draft, transcript, or media file will be published without explicit written confirmation and agreement on attribution and licensing.
Select Your Submission Type
- Pathway A: One-Time Submissions
